Rest Timer
Time rest periods between sets with a large countdown and simple workout-focused controls.
How this rest timer works
Rest Timer is built for short repeatable intervals between sets, rounds, drills, rehearsals, or practice attempts. Choose a seconds-based preset or enter a custom rest length, then keep the countdown visible while you prepare for the next round.
Presets are useful for common 30, 45, 60, and 90 second intervals. Optional sound can mark the end when you are not looking at the screen, and auto-restart can repeat the same interval for simple routines.
Common rest timer examples
- Set 60 seconds between strength sets.
- Use 30 seconds between short drills or practice attempts.
- Use 90 seconds between heavier attempts or rehearsal passes.
- Keep the timer visible so a short rest window does not stretch without noticing.
Choose durations that fit your own routine. This page does not determine training intensity, recovery needs, or safe rest length.
